No action may be brought against VANCELIAN unless formal notice has first been given by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Unless otherwise stipulated by law, all disputes to which the Services concluded in application of these general terms and conditions of use may give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences, shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Aix-en-Provence.
