New early exit window : How it works

At Vancelian, we understand that life plans evolve.

Needing liquidity or wishing to reinvest should not lock you into a rigid solution.

This is why we are introducing an early exit window for our closed Exclusive Offers (Cloud Mining by Hearst and the Bali Luxury Real Estate Promotion — the December 2025 early-exit window is included).

Timeline

For sellers: a 2-week window, from 24 November to 6 December.
For buyers: the window opens on 8 December — with no closing date for now.

Whether you wish to sell a portion of your investment or seize a new opportunity, you will now be able to do so directly from the app, seamlessly and exclusively between Vancelian users.

How Does It Work?

The mechanism operates in two phases, every six months:

Phase 1 — Sellers

If you have held an Exclusive Offer product for more than six months:

You may offer any portion of your investment for sale — no minimum amount in EUR, and from approximately 10 USDC for USDC exits (threshold may vary).
A 5% fee applies for exits between 6 months and 2 years. Beyond 2 years, no fee applies.

Phase 2 — Buyers

After the selling phase, a subscription window opens for buyers to acquire the listed shares. Allocation follows a simple rule: first come, first served.

Step-by-Step Guide for Sellers

1. Check Your Eligibility
A dedicated card will appear on your vault if you are eligible. Click “Initiate a request.”

2. Set Your Request

Choose the amount you want to sell.
Select the currency (EUR or USDC).
Review the applicable fees before confirming.

Your funds remain invested until they are purchased.

3. Monitor or Cancel Your Request
You may review or cancel your request at any time, but only one active request is allowed.

4. Wait for the Buyback

Your request will be executed if the amount you offer fits within the available collection.
The system functions like an order book: requests are processed in chronological order, with no distinction between sellers.

Step-by-Step Guide for Buyers

Simply log into the app during the exit window to participate in the collection and invest in a few clicks.

No distinction is made between the different shares offered.
