The project has now entered a new phase of its schedule, with the start of consolidation, extension and construction works. This stage follows the completion of the previous phase, which was dedicated to obtaining the demolition permit and carrying out the full demolition of the existing structure, completed at the end of the Ramadan period.
Work is now focused on reinforcing the structural elements, particularly the pillars exposed following the demolition and excavation works. These interventions are a necessary prerequisite for the implementation of the planned extension and the execution of the villa's ambitious specifications, which notably include the addition of a rooftop swimming pool, an exclusive and unique feature in the neighbourhood.
The Nest will in fact be the only villa authorised to offer such a rooftop feature. The planned extension will also make this property one of the villas with the largest living area in the community.
